Overview: This seminar is based on a practical view of trust and
the key factors that impact it in the global business environment. The
seminar emphasizes both the factors and how to manage them and then
covers human nature issues which must be continually be addressed and readdressed when we first go
to other countries to do business. The seminar is packed full of
concrete real life examples to back up every key point. The
seminar's seven segments are:

Audience: Manager, Executives, Professors and students interested in the subject of trust in global situations and especially those who plan on living or working for long periods of time in countries other than their home country. Prerequisites: High school education or equivalent with some background in business and/or economics.Purpose: To give
participants an understandable, easy to use approach to global trust that can
be used to plan and act in ways that maintain and improve trust in
almost any global situation.Time Required: 12 Hours: Intentionally structured into four, three hour segments with at least two hours between sessions for one on one or small group discussions and/or additional questions and answers time.This program provides participants with:1. An advanced trust model that comes into play in global work 11. An understanding of how the components of the global trust model relate to each other 12.
