This seminar begins with the same facts and data discussion contained in The "Real Scoop" About What Is Going On In The Economy, which includes a frank and data driven look at what is really wrong with our economy using a unique and easy to understand model of our economy.  The seminar identifies the root cause of our economic decline as a low population growth rate compounded by five strategic blunders over a thirty five year period, which have now set us on an irreversible reset of the economy.  The seminar then discusses the likely economic and social storm headed our way, along with pressure points, warning signs and potential social explosion flash points already evident in our news and personal discussions.  The seminar is clear that this social storm is unavoidable unless immediate action was taken by the Federal Government.  To be clear not one of the critical action items have been undertaken!  For this reason, the seminar is now focused on what the State & Local Governments must still immediately undertake even though the impact of these actions will never be as big or positive as thy could have been.  At the end, the seminar focuses on the “Quantum Leap” solutions the State and Local Governments must drive the Federal Government to recognize and implement.  After that, the seminar focuses on the “Quantum Leap” solutions that we must insist the Federal, State & Local Government recognize and implement. Target Audience: Managers and leaders of organizations from all segments of our economy who recognize both the importance and difficulty of surviving and thriving by becoming globally competitive.  Participants should have a bias towards working together with other people from other segments of the economy to find win-win solutions. Participants should also have a bias for moving rapidly and experimentation.

Prerequisites:  High school education or equivalent and a basic understanding of business and/or economics.
